The west coast has waves for all levels of surfing. It is
most consistent during the months of November-March when the
cold fronts move off the East coast of the US. It takes
about 4 days to reach us. Some of the spots, especially

last very long usually 2 days and drops in size fast. |

East Coast Surf Spots |
|
The East coast has waves 350 days a year. It only gets Flat
(knee high) for a few days at a time generally during July-
September. Hurricane season (July-Nov.) can get EPIC with
offshore winds and way overhead surf. (Don’t worry we
haven’t had a direct hit since 1955) The summer months
generally has fun surf for intermediate to advance surfers.
November is when the big north swells start and this gives
the East Coast it’s heaviest waves. It also accepts all
swell directions. |
